Gilt Edge Property approached us in the early stages of their launch, seeking a website that would reflect their premium service offering and appeal to a discerning clientele across residential and commercial sectors. The objective was to design a sophisticated, user-focused platform that would serve their immediate needs while being scalable for future growth.
Project Overview
Founded by a team of seasoned experts in property management, Gilt Edge Property & Building Services set out to redefine industry standards through innovation, customer satisfaction, and sustainable practices. As a new business catering to high-end clients in London, it was crucial that their digital presence projected professionalism, trust, and modernity from the outset.
I was tasked with designing and developing a website from scratch, ensuring the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) were optimised for ease of navigation and future scalability — with plans already in motion for a client portal integration to streamline operations between clients and contractors.
My Approach
I designed a clean, elegant layout that prioritised clarity, intuitive structure, and visual sophistication. Key services are presented clearly, with dedicated pages that highlight Gilt Edge’s breadth of expertise while reinforcing trust through carefully considered design elements such as balanced whitespace, refined typography, and subtle animations.
Strategically placed calls-to-action (CTAs) throughout the site encourage engagement and enquiries without overwhelming the user. The structure also accommodates future growth, with the foundation in place for a fully integrated client portal where users will be able to automate project processes and communications with contractors.
Throughout the development, I focused on delivering a seamless browsing experience across all devices, with an SEO-ready framework to support their brand visibility as the company expands.
