Modernising an Established Aesthetics Clinic’s Online Presence

The Face approached us seeking to refresh their online presence. Their previous website had become outdated and did not reflect the high standards, professionalism, and premium service offering of the clinic. The goal was to deliver a more elegant, user-focused website aligned with their brand, ensuring a seamless experience across all devices.

Project Overview

Led by Christina Cope, a highly skilled practitioner with over 15 years of experience in facial aesthetics, The Face caters to a wide range of clients, from teenagers managing acne to individuals seeking advanced skin rejuvenation. It was important that the new website communicated both their clinical expertise and their approachable, client-centred philosophy.

The existing site structure made it difficult for users to easily find relevant treatments and enquire. I was tasked with creating a fresh, refined design that would enhance user navigation, present the services clearly, and support the clinic’s growth ambitions.

My Approach

I designed a clean and sophisticated layout that not only complemented The Face’s established branding but also prioritised an intuitive user journey. Treatments are now categorised clearly, with simplified navigation that allows users to quickly find the information they need. Prominent calls-to-action (CTAs) were strategically placed across the site to make it easy for visitors to submit enquiries and book consultations.

Throughout the build, I kept the user experience at the forefront — ensuring fast load times, mobile responsiveness, and optimised SEO foundations to help boost visibility in local search results.

Typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy were carefully considered to reflect a sense of professionalism, calm, and clinical trustworthiness, all while maintaining a welcoming tone.

Results

The Face now benefits from a modern, polished website that reflects their standing as a trusted aesthetics and skincare clinic. The improved site structure and strong CTA placements have enhanced the user experience, making it easier for prospective clients to navigate services and get in touch. The new platform positions The Face for continued growth and further establishes their authority within the local and regional aesthetics market.
